One frequent issue for which Oaks uses technology is records management.  Records are all the documents which must  be kept by the association:  invoices, resident payments, fine notices, etc.

We don’t keep records in hard-to-find paper files – all records are electronic.  These files are made available to the property manager, board, and residents – based on permission controls to ensure only authorized people can see each document.  Easy access matched with security.

Board members and residents get the documents they need whenever they need them and, because all documents come from the same location, everyone will get the same information.
